Strains and sprains can occur when you least expect it, during day-to-day activities at work or at home. Discomfort caused by niggling pain can lead to stress, poor posture, anxiety and depression so it is important to start treatment as soon as possible.
Our aim is to prevent injuries and help those who are injured to return to full fitness.
The initial appointment consists of a full assessment to establish the cause of injury followed by appropriate treatment. We will also discuss a rehabilitation program with the main goals being to help you move better, restoring or increasing flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination, and/or balance.
Treatment for any injury will depend on the severity and which structures are affected. Typically your treatment will last 45 minutes.
